Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and educating employees on company policies.
Training and Development:
Assessing training needs, coordinating training programs, and promoting employee development.
Payroll and Benefits:
Managing payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring accurate employee records.
Employee Engagement:
Planning and implementing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
HR Strategy:
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
HR Reporting:
Maintaining employee records, generating HR reports, and analyzing HR data.
Other duties:
May include managing HR budgets, overseeing the HR department's daily operations, and handling terminations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills: To effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills: To manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in HR software and tools: Like HRIS and ATS systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations: To ensure compliance and best practices.
Analytical and problem-solving skills: To identify and resolve employee issues.
Leadership and management skills: To lead and motivate the HR team (in some roles).
Strategic thinking: To contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
Experience in HR roles: Typically requires several years of experience in the HR field.
